Welcome to PDF Toolbox ("the Tool"). By using the Tool, you agree to the following terms of use. If you do not agree to any of the following terms, please do not use the Tool.
1. Service Description
The Tool provides free online PDF file processing services, including but not limited to: PDF merge, split, compress, convert to images, extract text, add watermark, images to PDF, PDF to PPT, PDF to Word, etc. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time without prior notice.
2. Usage Rules
When using the Tool, you should follow these rules:
- Uploaded file content must not violate laws and regulations, including but not limited to content involving violence, pornography, terrorism, hate speech, etc.
- Do not upload files containing personal privacy information (such as ID numbers, bank card numbers, etc.) for public sharing
- Do not use the Tool to infringe on others' intellectual property rights
- Do not launch malicious attacks, scrape, reverse engineer, or perform destructive operations on the Tool
- Do not call the Tool's API in automated bulk manner that affects normal service operation
3. Intellectual Property
The interface design, code, logos, and other related rights of the Tool belong to pdf.yoyin.art. The copyright of uploaded file content belongs to the original rights holder. The Tool does not claim any rights to your uploaded file content. You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded files do not infringe on others' intellectual property rights.
4. Disclaimer
Service Availability: The Tool does not guarantee 100% service availability. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by server maintenance, failures, network outages, etc.
Processing Results: While we strive to ensure processing quality, we do not guarantee perfect results for all PDF files. We recommend keeping backups of original files for important use cases.
File Security: We take reasonable measures to protect file security but are not liable for data loss caused by force majeure. Please do not upload sensitive or confidential files.
5. Advertising
The Tool displays ads from third-party advertising services. Ad content is provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the accuracy of ad content. Clicking on ads will leave this site; third-party websites have their own privacy policies and terms of use.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The interpretation and application of these terms of use shall follow the relevant laws of the user's jurisdiction. In case of disputes, both parties shall resolve them through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a court of jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
7. Infringement Notice
If you believe that the Tool contains content that infringes your intellectual property rights, please send an infringement notice to contact@yoyin.art with the following information: (1) description of the copyrighted work; (2) specific location of the alleged infringement; (3) your contact information; (4) a good faith declaration; (5) your signature or electronic signature. We will process valid notices promptly.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Modified terms become effective upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Tool constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
